Hey Guys! On january 17th 2026 i will be taking part in the Fan Dance challenge.

Fan Dance Is the Special Forces Endurance Race From Hell ...

"The Fan Dance" refers to both the famous and grueling UK Special Forces (SAS/SBS) Selection Test and a series of public races based on this test. The challenge is a 24km route march in the Brecon Beacons, Wales, which involves climbing Pen y Fan mountain twice, first in one direction and then reversing the route back to the start. Candidates must complete the march within a set time and carrying specific weight.

I will be raising awareness for mens mental health and supporting "Andys man club" Dig deep if you can. Many lads are struggling out there, and organisations like this are a lifeline to so many.
