The family of Joey Cavatorta

Hi, I'm Justin. Joey was my brother-in-law, and he was an amazing guy. If you're here, you probably know that already. Losing Joey could not have been more of a shock, for any of us. It's so hard to believe that everything was normal in their world just a week ago. Jordan and Jolie are devastated and facing an uncertain future. Joey unfortunately didn't have life insurance, and the medical costs, beginning with the helicopter transport to the hospital, as well as the funeral costs, are a part of their loss that's almost impossible for Jordan to focus on right now. But those things are very real, and they're a threat to Jordan's peace of mind and to her and Jolie's stability going forward. Fortunately, it's one aspect of this sudden nightmare that we're all able to step up and help her with, together. I've never done this before, but I'm asking anyone reading this to please donate whatever you're able to help Jordan and Jolie with these expenses. I didn't know until he was already in the hospital that Joey had chosen to be an organ donor. It gave me a new depth of respect for a man I already knew to be a great father, husband, and friend; he continued giving even after his death. In that spirit, and on behalf of Joey's family -- MY family -- I'm asking that you come together with everyone else in the Cavatorta family's orbit to help them out. They've never needed us more.
