Gerean (Geri) passed away very unexpectedly on Monday, July 4th of a brain aneurysm, leaving behind a husband and three young children.

Our team wanted to organize a fundraiser to help with burial costs, medical bills and support her 3 children (9, 12 and 14 years old) in upcoming years.

Geri was always a bubbly, fun and hard-working team member. She loved problem-solving, learning new things and was an avid reader and researcher. Above all else, she was a dedicated mother who wanted her children to be well educated, curious and passionate (like their mother). We enjoyed learning about her family while working with her (and even seeing them in the background during Zoom meetings).

We were fortunate enough to have Geri on our team for several months. Geri helped manage our online school, provided customer service and helped students with questions, especially during our Video Challenges.

Please help us support her family through this difficult time. Her death was extremely unexpected and has left a huge hole in their lives.
