On Monday November 19, 2018 Cesar Perez Ramirez was hospitalized after a natural gas explosion at his home in Goshen, Indiana. Cesar caught on fire and was severely injured. 60% of his upper body was burnt. He was airlifted to St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN to receive treatment. Unfortunately on Tuesday December 18, 2018 Cesar passed away due to his injuries.

Cesar leaves behind a loving wife and 4 children, all of them part of our Goshen community. The children are part of the Goshen Community Schools and have been very involved in extra curriculum activities.

Funds will help the family to pay for extensive hospital and funeral expenses. Any amount of financial aid will be greatly appreciated. The Perez family has suffered a terrible loss, Cesar was a loving and caring husband and father.
