The Family of Benyi Torres-Negron

Our close friend's father, Benjamin "Benyi" Torres-Negron, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. If you or someone close to you has had a long illness, you know that the costs not covered by insurance quickly add up, not to mention the costs to a family after a loved one is no longer with us.

The picture on this fundraiser was taken from his hospital bed just a week before Benyi passed on.

I am starting this GoFundMe to help with the family's medical bills, funeral and cremation costs, and travel to spread Benyi's ashes in his beloved home of Yauco, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his wife, Sol, and their four children.
