The Fallen Family
As many know, Maria & Dean Fallen are navigating an unimaginable loss of their son, Elijah Dean Fallen. On Wednesday, September 6th, Maria was at her final check up before her scheduled induction for this upcoming Sunday. Everything had measured perfectly normal, and both baby and Mama had been completely healthy. During her appointment, Maria heard the words no mother expects to hear at 37 weeks- there was no heartbeat detected. Dean, Maria and family spent the night in the hospital on Thursday, and on the morning of Friday, September 8th, Maria delivered her beloved baby boy, Elijah Daniel Fallen. Upon delivery, Maria’s doctor made the heartbreaking discovery that the umbilical cord had become tied in a knot. Maria, Dean, and their son Kaden, as well as family and close friends spent precious moments yesterday with beautiful Elijah.
The coming days will be filled with unimaginable decisions, grief, and adjustment for the Fallen Family. I created this GoFundMe to help alleviate the financial burdens they are facing- both medical expenses and memorial expenses.
