The Exmoor Pony Project 10th Anniversary Fund
Donation protected
The Exmoor Pony Project is 10 years old this year and the project's foundation foals are now 10 years old! Including orphan foal Monsieur Chapeau (who features in Wild Pony Whispering). Today, we have over 35 Exmoor ponies in our direct care here on the farm in Exmoor National Park - including ponies from a range of semi-feral moorland herds and Herd 11. Many of these beautiful Exmoor ponies would not be here today without our project.
We help other herd owners to promote and safeguard this ancient endangered native pony breed and we regularly help Exmoor ponies and owners in tight spots - and in need of advice.
We work to help safeguard pedigree ponies, as well as campaigning for recognition and status for Exmoor ponies excluded from the closed stud book. We also campaign for welfare and registration improvements and we promote Exmoor ponies across the UK and worldwide.
Co-founded by Exmoor farmers, Nick and Dawn Westcott, the Exmoor Pony Project welcomes support in our 10th Anniversary year to maintain and care for the herd and continue our work for Exmoor ponies. Thank you!
You can find out more about the Exmoor Pony Project, Dawn's books about Exmoor ponies and the wonderful peat free Exmoor Compost produced by our herd of Exmoor ponies at WildPonyWhispering.co.uk.
Thank you very much for supporting the Exmoor Pony Project in our 10th Anniversary year!
