Bill, Caren, Lilly and their animals; Junior (Dog), Dixie (Dog who is now at the vet hospital), Calie & Melody (Cats), Princess (Guinee Pig), and Boy & Girl (Turtles).  Were all involved in a house fire on the eve of February 14th, 2021, due to a malfunction inside the wall of their fireplace. 

The extent of their damage, and estimate of when they will be able to return home is still unknown.  They are currently living at a motel and the cost of food has been a tremendous burden on their already tight budget.  They are working with the insurance company, but it appears that they will not be accommodated for the additional cost of food.  Once the insurance company is able to determine the length of time they will need temporary housing, then they can move forward with a better plan for their food storage and cooking abilities.  

Somehow through all this excitement, little Dixie was injured and they are having the additional cost for her, which the outcome is still to be determined.
