Sarah Marie Engel has passed away as a result of a seizure which caused her heart to stop beating.  She was rushed from UPMC Hamot to Pittsburgh Children’s where she was in the Pediatric ICU for 3 days u til her passing.  This unexpected tragedy has devastated the family and friends of Sarah. At this time I am asking for the support of friends and family to make a donation to help with final medical and funeral expenses.  This fund will be managed by Sarah’s uncle and godfather, Mark Engel.
