Hello, I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 5th October 2025 to help improve children's education and wellbeing.

I ran the Cardiff half marathon last year with some training, but this year have dedicated myself to a training plan and look forward to improving on my previous time.

I am grateful to be able to run to help improve education and wellbeing for children.

Examples of how this money will be spent include:

- wellbeing areas in schools

- funding residential trips

- providing uniform and shoes

- contributing to Mary's Meals in Africa and to Magic Breakfast in the UK

The AIMS of the Trust are to:

(a) Support children's education in memory of Elizabeth Madge.

(b) Establish an annual award to recognise all-round contribution and effort in schools in which she had taught and other schools as appropriate.

(c) Make awards to recognise the outstanding contribution of an individual to any of the charities which Elizabeth worked tirelessly to support.

(d) Continue to raise money to ensure the Trust can maintain its aims.
