The Dunlow Brothers “The Meat Up Spot” Recovery

As a life long friend of the Dunlow family, I am reaching out to the Lake Gaston/Roanoke Rapids community to rally with me in support of The Meat Up Spot. As you may know, this morning the Meat up Spot caught fire and obtained severe smoke and water damage through the entire trailer. Thankfully, employees were able to make it out without harm. Unfortunately, The Meat Up Spot is forced to close business for the unforeseen future. This leaves the amazing staff without a job or income for the weeks to come. These guys work night and day (literally) to serve the Lake Gaston community with the best of the best southern style cuisine. As they were looking forward to a big summer out on LKG, it seems God has other plans. If you know any member of the Dunlow family, then you are very aware that they would go above and beyond for anyone of us. After speaking with Dunlop family, they have decided that all donations will go to the families of the current employees. Hopefully we can come together as a community and support this awesome family owned business. I sure am blessed to have The Dunlow family as an ally, I know they have probably touched your heart as well.
