The Drew Family - Paradise Fire

Steve and Amy (Whipple) Drew and their two sons Dylan and Ryan lost basically everything on Thursday when the Camp Fire wiped out the whole town of Paradise where they were living.  We are so thankful they made it out alive and with their cherished pets.  Steve was out of the state at the time on business and Amy had to make some very difficult, split second decisions on what to throw in a few duffel bags, unaware that she was leaving the house for good.  Thankfully, she heeded the evacuation notice and left the house within about 5 minutes of receiving the alert.  This saved their lives.  Her harrowing story of the evacuation as the town burned down around her would bring you to tears.  The Drews have nothing left but for a few belongings and one vehicle.  They have been beloved and active members of the Lodi community for decades and continue to remain closely tied to their Lodi family even after relocating to Paradise a year ago.   We know so many people want to support them as they have touched a lot of lives with their friendship.   They have already been hearing from many of you that want to help! And I know this means a lot to them.   I wanted to give everyone a place to rally around them and help out as they take the first steps to rebuild their lives after this tragedy.   They will be needing everything from furniture, to clothing,  to sports equipment, housewares, kitchen appliances, etc.   Please keep them and the entire community of Paradise in your prayers.
