There comes a point where you either keep performing a life that no longer fits… or you choose to realign, even when it costs you everything

I’m choosing realignment. ✨
Over the past years, I’ve built a life and income stream that, on the surface, looked successful. But internally, it hasn’t felt in integrity with who I am or where I’m going. So I’ve made a decision that hasn’t been easy - I’ve stepped away from large parts of my main income to move toward something that actually resonates with me.
I’m transitioning into studying naturopathy - a path rooted in natural medicine, healing, and working with the body instead of against it. This isn’t a random pivot. It’s something I’ve felt called to for a long time, but avoided because it meant letting go of stability and stepping into the unknown.
At the same time, I’m building a mobile lifestyle so I can travel and offer sessions using NADA (ear acupuncture for nervous system regulation, trauma support, and addiction recovery) with singing bowls. The vision is simple but powerful: to bring accessible, grounding support to people wherever I go - not from a clinic, but from real, lived connection.
To make this shift possible, I’m:
– Funding my education in naturopathy
– Building out a van to live and work from
– Creating a foundation for a completely new way of living and serving
And right now, I can’t do that alone.
