Help Owen Chase His Football Dream in America
Hi, my name is Kirsty, and I’m the proud mum of Owen Harry Stringer — a hardworking, talented young footballer with a huge dream. Owen has the amazing opportunity to go to America to study and play football through a scholarship programme. This could truly change his life — giving him the chance to combine his education with the sport he loves most.
Owen has been through some tough times, but he’s always kept his head high and his heart in the game. He’s a fighter — determined, humble, and dedicated. As his mum, I’ve watched him push through challenges with courage and resilience, and now that this opportunity has come along, I want to do everything I can to help him grab it with both hands.
Unfortunately, I simply can’t afford the costs. I’m a single, hardworking, divorced mum, and while I’ve done everything possible to support Owen, the expenses of making this dream happen are beyond my reach right now. A company has offered to market Owen to colleges and universities across the United States — opening doors that could lead to a life-changing scholarship — but their initial fee is £1600, and we need to raise it quickly to secure his place.
Beyond that, we’ll need to cover the £1600 second half of their fee, travel costs, visa fees, entrance exams, and relocation expenses once we know where he’ll be studying. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping Owen take this step toward his future.
This isn’t just about football — it’s about giving Owen the chance to grow, learn, and build a life he’s worked so hard for. I want Owen to have the freedom to follow his dreams. He deserves this chance to shine.
If you can help in any way — by donating, sharing this page, or even just sending kind words — we would be so deeply grateful. Every bit of support will make a difference in helping Owen take his next step toward his football dream.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Kirsty (& Owen) ❤️
