The dream of Polish artist - Master's degree in England!

Donation protected
Hello everyone!
I’m Jakub, the founder of the BFreak Project, where I empower creativity through art, education, and innovation. My big dream is to pursue a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the prestigious University of Manchester or UCL, where I will learn how to turn creative ideas into impactful startups. I already got an offer from Manchester but I urgently need your help to cover the cost of tuition fees! This course will not only allow me to grow but also help me inspire and support more people by creating projects that unlock human potential and promote creative thinking.

This is a huge opportunity but also a financial challenge, which is why I’m reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for help in making this dream come true. Your support will not only help me gain knowledge and experience but also allow me to create even more creative initiatives that will have a real impact on others.

A Bit About Me: An Artist’s Dream From Poland!
I consider myself as a “Sculptor of Human Minds.” I don’t just create art but also projects and workshops that aim to unlock human imagination. My artistic journey began in Poland, where I created colourful paintings, inspiring sculptures and surreal drawings. At the age of 19, I left my hometown of Nysa to start my studies at Newcastle University. As a Fine Art student, I opened my mind to entirely new perspectives and formed valuable connections with other artists and lecturers.

I love creating abstract works, painting from imagination and sketching architecture.

As my studies progressed, I became increasingly fascinated with the world of technology and turning ideas into innovative startups. Four years ago, I founded the BFreak Project where, together with other passionate collaborators across the globe, we support artists and spread knowledge about creativity. In England, I significantly broadened my horizons by organizing art exhibitions, creative workshops, lectures about the human brain, meetups for creativity enthusiasts, and much more! Now, I’m setting myself a new challenge – a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship!

Why the University of Manchester?
The University of Manchester is ranked 53rd in global rankings. It offers a unique course, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which teaches students how to develop their own startups and gain practical experience in the entrepreneurial world. During my visit to the University, I had many interesting conversations and was impressed by the lively campus.

Before applying, I thoroughly researched the programme and reached out to several alumni. Fascinated, I decided to apply. After several weeks, I finally received an answer. I got an offer to study my dream course!

I have also applied to UCL (University College London) and should hear back from them after the New Year. If I receive an offer, I will do some more research and carefully consider which option is best for my future. No matter where I choose to study Entrepreneurship, I am fully determined and excited for this new chapter in my life. I will keep you updated on Facebook and Instagram. I'm 100% sure I will study in England starting September 2025 and both options come with a price...

The cost of studying in England
The total tuition cost at University of Manchester is £17,000. At UCL it is £20,500. I am absolutely sure that this knowledge and access to so many outstanding lecturers and ambitious students is worth the price. I decided to start this foundraiser already, because to reserve my spot on the course, I need to pay a deposit of £1,000 by mid-January 2025. The studies will begin in September 2025, but I already need to start gathering the necessary funds. Later I might have to take a Student Loan, but unfortunetely it won't cover all the fees (max amount £12,471).

A heartfelt request to you
I realise that the cost is substantial, which is why I am actively looking for a job in England and hope to find buyers for my artworks to help me start saving for my studies. The upcoming months will be very intense, and I will give it my all, but I still need your help.

I’m reaching out with an urgent request to you. Every contribution, even the smallest one, brings me closer to making my dream come true. All of them together make a huge difference. If you cannot support me financially, please – share this fundraiser. This will also be a huge help, for which I am very grateful.

Every penny, every pound, and every share matters! I will be also very thankful for any introductions and position recommendations for jobs in London.

In 2022, I was a finalist of the Startup Awards North East, representing my BFreak Project

Why support me?
I deeply believe that our creativity and ideas born in our imagination have the power to change the world. I want to unlock that potential! That’s why I started the BFreak Project – to support artists, give them strategies to implement their projects, and promote creative thinking.

Thanks to my master’s studies, I will be able to further this mission on an even greater scale by organizing new workshops, exhibitions, and collaborations. I have a long-term goal to become one of those innovators who combine art, technology, and entrepreneurship to create solutions that change our lives.
