Eva Forde loved to create. She loved to draw, film, code, and most importantly, she loved to write. One of Eva’s proudest achievements before she passed away was putting together her writings into a book she called The Dragon’s Library. It meant everything for her to see her words printed and bound into a real book.

We’re starting a fund to help other kids who demonstrate a similar passion to Eva so that they too can see their imaginations take shape in the form of a book. We’re calling this initiative The Dragon’s Library Collection. This fund will be used towards aiding elementary school students to have their writing transformed from notebooks into published books. We’re hoping to partner with schools in Vancouver, BC to give this opportunity to budding authors. Money raised for this fund will be used towards building the capacity for the editing, formatting, and printing of works submitted by students.

Any surplus funds will be passed on to the Terry Fox Foundation.

Thank you all so much for your overwhelming generosity and support. We received far more than we could have possibly imagined. We look forward to producing the books for these creative writers.
