Greetings!

My name is Michael Monachino and I'm a senior filmmaker at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I'm directing a senior thesis titled The Dragon Class, a fantasy mixed media film about a security guard working at a magical academy trying to comfort a bullied student by recalling a time he had to defend the school from a giant dragon!

This film is both my senior thesis and a passion project of mine because telling stories about the connections between humans and monsters is what I want my career to be about. Donating would not only fund a wonderful project but also help me tell a story I believe can connect with all ages.

Ideally we would like this movie to feel magical both on and off screen and we can only do that if we reach our goal and beyond.
