"The Devil Went Down to Parma" - A CSU Student Film

Donation protected
Being in your early twenties is like a limbo between childhood and adulthood. You are not exactly a child yet, but also not fully an adult. You are in a weird in-between. Some of us might have our stuff together, others absolutely have no idea what to do with their lives lastly, some might look like we have it together when we do not at all.

The student film, " The Devil Went Down to Parma" highlights the "in-between's." A lousy 20-something-year-old accidentally sells his soul to The Devil to get better at a guitar-based video game to win a competition. His best friend convinces him to play The Devil to try and win it back.

Writer and Director Marissa Perciado was heavily influenced by growing up in the early 2000s to develop this film. She remembers playing Guitar Hero with her family, listening to burned Limp Bizkit CDs in her dad's car, and watching movies she should not have at an early age. She hopes that with this film, she can re-create those nostalgic feelings that the early stoner buddy comedies of the 2000s made.

To make this film the best it can be, funds are needed for props, costumes, makeup, and craft services.
Every donation will receive a special thanks credit as well as a link to watch the film. Any donation of $100 or over will receive an executive producer credit. Any donation is greatly appreciated :)!
