My name is Kristen Martinez and I run MB Foodhouse. A new era tex mex shop that has found itself ironically back home in Phoenix. I believe this is my 3rd and likely final go fund me attempt as I am raising funds to continue to be able to operate while shifting gears with my project. I have had issues reaching my 10k goal in the past which has made it difficult to make proper use of the amazing support provided by so many over the years. One of the issues I have at Foodhouse is just getting enough in to address the weeks immediate expenses to go further in debt and not enough to address the overall issues which would help long term. At this moment however I had to be out for a week due to illness so because of no revenue coming in there is no longer financing available for even base cost of inventory. My Hope is that I can raise my goal which would help get us those inventory expenses, while the rest would go to address a broken refrigerator, oven, a month or two of back az sales tax, and allow me to begin using the trailer again full time to create for pop ups, and my eventual plan to Launch Moodie Blacks which would work in tandem with MB Foodhouse. I have a lot of opportunity that will require this trailer to be around for a bit longer, I just need a quick hand here and some time to pull it off!
