Hi everyone,
I never thought I’d be in a position to ask strangers for help, but right now I’m stranded in Washington, trying desperately to get back home to Alaska. My truck gave out on me here, leaving me with no reliable way to make the journey. Home isn’t just where I want to be, it’s where my family, my stability, and my sense of peace are.
On my GoFundMe page you might see $90,000, but please know that’s not what I’m asking for. It was a mistake I couldn’t edit. What I truly need is much less. I’ve found a used vehicle in decent condition for $4,200, just enough to carry me back to the life I’ve been working so hard to hold onto.
Right now, every mile between me and home feels heavier than I can carry on my own. I’m exhausted, scared, and out of options. Even the smallest gift could change everything: it could be the tank of gas that gets me through the next stretch, or the final push that lets me purchase the vehicle and finally head north.
If you can’t give, a simple share or kind word still helps more than you know. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping me keep hope alive when it feels like the road has gone dark.
