As of Sunday evening on 01/05/20, heaven greeted another angel under God’s wing. David Fernandez was a beloved son, father, companion, brother, uncle, friend and most of all a joker. In a matter of seconds, David could change the frown on anyone’s face with just one look or a random video/meme that he discovered on Facebook or on Instagram. He was truly a one of a kind and down to earth human being, if you needed someone to talk to he was always there for you. If you needed to grab a cold one and chill by the fire eating tacos, he would be there cracking jokes with you.
David left behind a mother, fiance, two children and 4 siblings. David was the backbone to our Fernandez/Mendoza family and to that we shall forever be grateful for the legacy and memories he has left behind.  As an organ donor, David continues his legacy of helping others in their time of need.

The purpose of this gofundme page is to not only help the family in prepping for his memorial services and scattering of his ashes, but to also help his little family financially during this hardship.

We are truly thankful for all the kind words and pictures sent by everyone who personally knew David. It fills our hearts  and minds knowing that he has touched so many lives with his great big beautiful smile.  Knowing that his loving personality and kindness made you feel so loved and welcomed into his life, makes us want to carry on with that mindset everyday. 

Memorial services will be set at our mothers house in San Bernardino, Ca this Saturday 01/11/20 @ 2PM. At a later date, the spreading of the ashes will be set as an intimate event for his family.
