Hello,
My name is Scott Smelser, the son of Daniel Smelser, who suddenly passed away on July 4th, 2019, following a diagnosis of Multiple system atrophy, (MSA-C), just 2 years prior. He died peacefully at home, with his wife by his side from complications due to MSA. Friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, July 10th, from 12 noon-4 p.m., at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue.
We have had numerous messages from everyone asking how to help. Most of you are aware, due to Dan’s illness he has been unable to work for a few years. His wife Regina has also been unable to work as Dan required 24/7 care. This has created a huge financial burden.
