As some of you know, 3rd-grade VDLI teacher Daniel Dai was recently the victim of a crime on campus. Someone entered the building and made their way into Mr. Dai's classroom, grabbing his wallet before fleeing. (This was caught on camera, and administration is working with PPD to file a complaint and tighten security.)

Mr. Dai had a significant amount of cash in his wallet ($3,000) that he was planning to give to his recently widowed mother to take with her on a trip to Vietnam --money that he has no hope of recovering.

Here's where we come in RCP Community. Can you please chip in whatever you're able to help Daniel and his mom? She is unable to work due to health reasons and could really use our support.
