Help Rebuild The D R Barber Salon after Riot!!

Galatians 6:2 states that we should “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." This scripture gives us reassurance. And that reassurance is that our brothers and sisters do not have to face anything alone.


We can help friends and family get through life's big and small obstacles, and when our time arrives then they will do the same for us. Today, it is time for us to help our friend and brother Derrick Richardson.

 
Everyone that knows Derrick knows that his livelihood is his salon. So many days and nights filled with customers who ultimately became family.  He works hard to please those that trust him with their grooming needs.
 

As we all know, Covid-19 has already set the small business owner sector back and especially the minority businesses. Now, due to peaceful protests being an outlet for violent opportunists, Derrick’s salon is in need of repairs.
 

His salon was vandalized this past Friday, May 29, 2020. Anyone that knows Derrick knows that he is a people person that loves life and people! So please let’s show him some that same love in helping him repair physically as well as emotionally.

 No gift is too small.  The smallest gestures mean the most.  Let’s bring some love and goodwill into our community.
