The Coyle Family Early Addition
Donation protected
Hello friends, family and community: we are starting this Go Fund Me account for our daughter Tia, son-in-law Travis, granddaughter Rosie and soon to be grandson Holden Coyle. This wonderful family is in desperate need of some financial assistance. Holden’s due date is February 2nd, but a c-section was scheduled for January 19, 2024. Through no fault of their own they lost their insurance and then were given some inaccurate information. By the time they found out it would not be reinstated they could not get her insured until January 1, 2024. We prayed she would be able to carry him to term as she was born with only one kidney and a unicornuate uterus. Which means she only has half a uterus, one ovary and one fallopian tube. By the grace of God they have been able to get pregnant three times. Their first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, but the second ended in a beautiful daughter named Rosalynn Anne Coyle. She came at 31 weeks and spent 40 days in the NICU at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings, MT. She is now a strong, funny, beautiful gift from God! They are now awaiting their son Holden Lance. Everything seemed to be going well, he was even able to get head down, Rosie was always breech. It looked like Rosie had stretched Tia’s uterus and got it more centered in Tia’s abdomen to help her little brother out! We were all very optimistic that this pregnancy would be full term.
However, Thursday, December 14, 2023 she went in for a scheduled ultra sound to make sure there was enough fluid, baby was growing, etc. They could not detect Holden practicing his breathing so they ordered a non-stress test. This revealed she was having contractions every 2/3 minutes and was dilated to 1.5 cm. They immediately sent her to labor and delivery to start medication to try to calm her uterus. The medication seems to be doing its job for now. However, it cannot be used long term. They also administered the first of two shots of steroids to help develop Holden’s lungs. Now the hope is for him to stay in until at least Saturday afternoon. He will then have the full benefit of the steroids. Chances are he will have to be in the NICU if he is born Saturday. Hopefully, he will be able to stay in Bozeman as they now have a NICU at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital .
Tia, will be unable to return to work until after he is born and she is healed from a c-section. Neither her nor Travis have paid time off at their jobs. This means they are down to one income. Travis works very hard, never calls out sick, and works as many hours as his job at JC Billion allows. Our family is very close, we can be with Tia so he is able to work, help with Rosie, meals and cleaning, but are not in a position to financially help them as much as they will need.
Travis and Tia are high school sweethearts who always try to do the right thing. We pray you will ask yourself if you are able to help this wonderful family in there time of need. We want them to be able to focus on the health and happiness of their little family and not be sidelined by medical bills, house payments, and any unforeseen expenses.
May God bless you this holiday season, thank you for whatever you are able to contribute.
Sincerely,
Mark Geyer and Kelly McCloy
