Well y’all it finally happened, the man who helps everyone is the one in need of help!

On Sunday 11/27 Jared was out being a cowboy and forgot he’s not 20 anymore… he was riding a horse and everything was going well until the horse flipped the switch and bucked just perfect and got Jared off. He fell just perfectly on his side and broke his pelvis. After trying to be tough he allowed us to call the ambulance and get checked out. His fractures were so bad they had to put plates and screws because his hip bone jammed into the pelvis causing it to separate by about 1/2”, the doctors also said if it had been any worse he could have bled out internally. He has a long road to recovery and being the sole provider for our families it’s going to be tight without his normal income let alone all the extra he does to make dysfunctional farms function on our normal day to day.

Our main goal right now is to get him an electric wheel chair or scooter since he’s already going crazy being stuck inside and his normal wheel chair doesn’t allow him to leave the porch due to the rocks.

We also have the kids to think about as Christmas is coming and we’d love to make it a special one for them since all their normalcy has gone out the window.
