The Concepcion Family

It is with great pain to say Yolanda Concepcion and Lucy Rodriguez have been called by God. My mom and grandmother were amazing women. They were the rock in our family. No words can describe what these two women meant to all of us. Such beautiful people inside and out. We are truly blessed to have had them in our lives and in our hearts forever. Rest In Peace to the strongest women we know.
