Hi, if you are a visitor to The Cob House, you'll know we don't charge entry but we do have some crazy costs. We have resident animals, some we have inherited when we bought the park, some we have rehomed or adopted and some that have been born here. A trim trail, a play ground for toddlers and older kids.

Because we don't charge entry to the park we solely rely on customers spending in the café where this will contribute to our animal care, feed, bedding, staff and the maintenance of the play areas. Sadly sometimes this doesn't always make ends meet especially when we have a poorly animal and need the vet out at a charge of £152/hour before any meds. *deep breath.

The play areas need a load of new membrane and bark, more so after the very wet winter we are having so far. The rabbits need a new enclosure (so they don't keep escaping) and we have a bi gold vet bill from our poorly pig, Margaret.
