Support Ryan Slate — More Than Just a Coach!

Ryan Slate has spent years showing up for others — mentoring young athletes, supporting families, and always putting people before himself. Now, after receiving life-changing news that he needs a kidney transplant, it’s our turn to show up for him.

To many in our community, he is far more than a baseball coach- he is someone who helps guide young athletes not only through the game of baseball, but through the life lessons that shape who they become. It has always been more than just baseball to Coach Ryan.

But beyond the field, Ryan is also a devoted son, loving brother, proud uncle, and loyal friend who is always there for the people around him.

Anyone who knows Ryan knows he is the type of person who is always helping others. Asking for help is not something that comes easily to him, which is why we — his family, friends, and the families of the players he has coached — are coming together to support him during this incredibly difficult time.

The funds raised will help Ryan focus on healing by helping cover medical expenses, recovery costs, time away from work, and other unexpected expenses that come with a major surgery.

Ryan has spent years supporting our kids and our community. Now it’s our turn to support him.
