Hello! Thank you so much for helping us fundraise for children in Bali!
Currently, 200 students in need of English education are attending class on a beach bench in rural Bali, Indonesia. However, an INSPIRING local couple, Putu & Agus, have made it their mission to create a safe learning center where students can gain new opportunities and be themselves: Yayasan LMU.
Our goal is to help end a cycle of young people having to give up their dreams of university to support their families. Students that attend Yayasan LMU will receive sponsorships, so their parents never have to choose between sending them to school or supplying dinner for their families. The curriculum at Yayasan LMU will include English language, technology, environmental science, & career readiness. This education will allow kids to bring innovation to their communities and social change to the world!!
We began construction on September 1st and are now racing against the clock to give the students a roof over their heads before raining season makes it impossible to continue classes. With your help, we can get this job done in time and, more importantly, help Putu & Agus transform their village.
