2020 has been a bit of a bummer of a year for everyone. We are all facing a long winter, one where we will not be able to gather to celebrate one of the most favourite times of the year, yes our beloved Christmas. Santa this year is going to have to practice social distancing – staying away from all of us as much as he can to ensure that on his journey around the world he doesn’t become a super spreader of the Corona virus.
But what about our Carol Services and Carol Concerts? Are we going to loose them this year. Surely Christmas can’t happen with out the sounds of Jingle Bells and Deck the Halls? The reality is for 2020 we are going to have to park these events, hopefully we will be able to celebrate them in person again in 2021, right now it is simply too dangerous to bring large groups of people together.
But I have a plan and I am inviting you all to come along and be part of the biggest Virtual Choir event that has ever happened. A Virtual Carol Event, 18 songs, many of which are new arrangements of traditional songs are ready for your vocal skills. Myself and the amazingly talented people I record with here in Ireland have been preparing tracks for you all to sing along too.

Funds will be used to pay musicians and editors for their services - at this time when the arts are suffering I want to try and help those who are without and income. Whatever you can donate will help. Thank you. Ian
