The Chris Brown Scholarship by Olas Foundation

Hey Everyone!

Thank you to all who are coming out to support Eternal Stoke: The Chris Brown Legacy, a film that Josh Pomer has lovingly created to honor my Dad's memory. This GoFundMe is the official place to send any donations for the Chris Brown Scholarship by Olas Foundation (ticket sales to the movie are separate-- click here for that). Whether you participate in the silent auction, grab a shirt, or just want to donate out of the goodness of your heart and in the spirit of Brownie, this is the spot. Every penny counts and goes towards funding the education of young local surfers. Anyone who knew my Dad knows how proud he was of putting me through college, and this scholarship is a way for his spirit and legacy of generosity to continue to do that for others. It has already enriched multiple surfer's lives since 2019, and we hope to keep the dream alive.

OLAS Foundation was created by Karon Pardue and Mary Osborne. Our team of Santa Barbara and Ventura County local community teen volunteers are committed to helping others. We are a group passionate about Mother Nature, the ocean, and helping those in need. Founded in 2014, our OLAS team has been creating teen giveback trips to communities in need of supplies, local environmental cleanups, education classes, natural disaster participation, and enriching lives of others through ocean activities.

It means so much to my family and I to see the outpouring of love you all have for my Dad. That love is the very substrate through which positive change is made and goodness shines out into the world. Thank you to infinity!
