The Children of the Olive Grove Orphanage

Salaam to all, Ramadan Mubarak!

 

Thanks to your continued generosity we are pleased to support and continue the projects in Banagladesh. There are now three centres; one near Dhaka , one in Cox’s Bazar and the main project in Chokoria between Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar.

 

Because of your support, we were able to feed, clothe, and provide medication for the children last year. We have been able to turn a tin shed into a housing and schooling structure with a functioning toilet and ablution facilities for the boys. The money we have collected in previous Ramadan's has looked after the children every day for a year.

 

100% of your donation will go to them in food, clothing and medicine. The children are either orphaned, with no mother or father or the parents are unable to feed the children, and the children would be made to work in the alternative. Having checked eligibility, we then offer two meals, shelter, education and Islamic teaching, including Hifz, with some boys completing Quran this year too. Once met, those that can go onto Alim school or else most find work or apprenticeships. We intend to support the gifted ones to go on to do the Alim course.
