Hi my name is ken Zhang.I am the husband of the victim. As you all know, a major traffic accident occurred on May 27th in Brandon, Manitoba. My beloved wife was there, but she will never be with us again. I hate the driver who disregarded traffic laws; he was released on bail and returned home to his family, but we are constantly in tears and cannot be with our wife.
