THE CHESHIRE LEAGUE CHALLENGE
Vulcan FC Players & Supporters will be taking on a virtual running challenge on V.E Day (8/5/20) to run the distance from VSC to the 13 Cheshire League One grounds (425.52kms).
Each participant has 60 minutes to run as many km's as possible and must submit a screenshot from their running app to Vulcan FC who will be keeping a team total.
We are hoping to raise £7500to split equally between:
NHS Together Charity:
During this difficult time, our NHS workers are going above and beyond to keep us all safe and we want to show our appreciation and support.
Help For Heroes Charity:
The challenge will take place on VE Day 75th Anniversary and we want to raise funds for the amazing work that Help For Heroes does for our veterans and their families.
Vulcan Football Club Charity:
As a grass roots, local community club we rely on matches / matchday sales to raised funds to support the running of the community facility. With the season ending in March due to COVID19, we need to raise funds for the upkeep of our local grassroots facility.
