The loss of a family member is one of the most difficult tragedies one will ever face. I am heartbroken to say that my close friend Terry Chen has had to face that tragedy as his father lost his grueling fight with lung cancer Friday August 7th. Terry and his family are very humble people and have silently been fighting this battle since before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in Canada. They have been down to one family income since then and have been constantly working and traveling to hospitals and doctors to provide the care and support his father had needed. As a close friend of Terry's, I want to do as much as I can to help his family in their time of need. They wouldn't ask for this money to be raised, but I would love to make this situation easier for them by raising some money to help alleviate some of the financial stress. No one should have to worry about money when the passing of a loved one occurs. Help me help Terry Chen.
