The Chance’s Tornado Recovery Fund

My name is Kirsten, my parents, Greg and Marcy Chance, lost our childhood home in one of the tornados that hit Madison, TN on 12/9/23. After a day of salvaging it’s clear there isn’t much left except a few totes of keepsakes. On top of the loss of the home Greg’s beloved Ford crown Vic was lost. It also looks like it’s possible that Marcy’s car will be deemed a loss as well.

With the money raised we hope to be able to get them into an apartment, fully paid for a year so the two of them and their cats can have a space of their own, while they wade through the insurance process. They will need almost everything you can think of to furnish a home. Including both a winter wardrobe and a summer wardrobe when the time comes.

Our family is a strong family both in determination and stubbornness so asking for a a hand up, is not a task done lightly. Any and all donations, including prayers and loving thoughts are appreciated more than you’ll ever know. From the bottom of my heart and my sisters we thank you for our parents sake.
