It is with a heavy heart that we come to you with news of the death of Peyton King. Peyton was 12yrs old and  full of life. He was always a pleasure to be around, and had a smile that was infectious. Peyton went into his room Saturday evening and fell asleep on his bed after hanging out with his family. His brother went in to wake him up a little later and he was non responsive. CPR was administered, but he had died in his sleep. The autopsy report will not be back until after Monday. Peyton always wanted a dad and a little brother. He received both when Jason Watson married his mother and loved Peyton as his own. Also Peyton got his wish of a little brother as well.  

I spoke with Peytons dad this morning and they have NO type of life insurance, NO burial plot, and obviously NO savings for such a tragic event. The reason I set the goal at $10,000 is because your average funeral cost between $7k and $10k. We will run this GoFundMe through this coming Thursday, Feb 28th.

I am Sterling Collins the Commissioner of the Bradley Youth Football League which Peyton was apart of. This organization is like a family, and when family hits on hard times we help each other out. His dad told me this morning that he appreciated everyone's prayers and comments on social media. We just ask that you keep this family in your prayers in the weeks ahead. Specifically his momma she is absolutely devasted and rightfully so because her baby boy is gone way to soon.
