The Cedars and Meadows Residential Carehome

We are raising money for our Amazing Carehome, during these difficult times! As I’m sure you’re all aware these are very scary and unprecedented times but we can’t stay at home here at The Cedars! All the staff here are working so hard to deliver the best care! Whilst we do everything within our means to maintain the cleanliness at the home, I hope that you don’t mind if I can also make a plea for financial donations to help me purchase a large Karscher Steam Cleaner and a floor cleaner for obvious reasons. The floor cleaner will cost around £1,300 while the Steam cleaner will cost £700 making my target a total of £2,000.00. With good equipment, I hope to be able to achieve better levels of cleaning, reduction in transmission pathways, better use of domestic staff time and limit if not remove the use of wet and dry mops within the home. The company is currently doing its best to manage rising staff costs due to increasing dependencies, increasing workloads, heightened expectations, self-isolation and general fear and worry harboured by staff for themselves and their own families.
