The 4 Peaks Challenge! To support www.thecanmoretrust.co.uk

My name is Tony and I work in Mental Health and have done for most of my working life. I currently work in Suicide prevention and regularly meet with different people who have been touched by Suicide. I learned about the Canmore trust a couple of years ago and have been moved by the trust and the work it has set out to achieve especially as their story is heartbreaking and personal. All I want to do is support the work that they are doing in communities, schools and Universities to ease the pain of those who have lost a loved one to suicide, and to support their engagement work and awareness raising throughout Scotland www.thecanmoretruat.co.uk

I plan in July 2025 to take on the 4 Peaks Challenge and to walk up Ben Nevis (tallest in Scotland), Scafell Pike (tallest in England), and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) the tallest in Wales, and Ben Nevis again to the raise the awareness (and some money) to support the work of this admirable organisation.....all across 4 days!
