During the storm, water inside the store rose over two feet. It not only caused damage to the store itself, but merchandise was also ruined by the flooding. There is an estimated $100,000 in damage.

Our dad, Ward Lundgren, is one of the co-owners of The Camera Company. We are putting together this GoFundMe in hopes of helping The Camera Company get back on their feet and assist with covering some of the damage costs caused by the flooding on Monday, August 20.
Forty-one years ago, our dad and Ed Erickson opened The Camera Company at 23 N. Pinckney St. in downtown Madison. Photography and the community surrounding it make our dad wake up every day loving what he does. Being a small business in Madison, one thing has remained constant: our great customers, many of whom our dad has gotten to know by name. If you know Ward, he is not one to ask for help. He is the most hardworking man we know and continues to be our role model day after day. But sometimes he forgets that the photography community he has created in Madison, Wisconsin is extremely tight-knit and always willing to lend a hand to those in need. And in this moment, The Camera Company needs your help.
Our goal is to raise $10,000. Any help we can receive is truly appreciated and will go towards rebuilding the Odana store and replacing merchandise damaged in the flood.
Thank you for your kindness,
Carly & Amanda Lundgren
