The Brooks Family Tornado Relief

-Tornado Help-

We have had so many people ask if we were ok from the tornado that hit our home town early Tuesday morning. We are thankful for all the calls and texts. Thankfully it missed us and we are all perfectly fine. We have also had people ask if there is a way they can help so I would like to introduce you to some good friends of ours who lost everything.

Pictured below is The Brooks Family. Shane and Krystal in the middle (parents), Parker and Torie (on left - high school aged students), and Taylor and Lee (on right.. they are married and thankfully live in a different area and weren’t affected!) We are personally friends with this family and have went to church with them for a few years now. They are a wonderful family who we love!

I have also included Krystal’s posts about being in the tornado along with pictures of what’s left of their home and vehicles. It was pretty much a total loss. She said they were able to salvage some clothes and maybe a few other things but that is it. As you know it will take a while to rebuild or buy a new home, vehicles, basic needs, etc. Then of course they will also have everyday expenses and also 2 kids still in school. They both have good jobs but I know a situation like this takes so much more to recover from so we would like to be able to bless them as much as we can.

If you are one of those individuals or churches who are interested in blessing them I am going to include an address below you can mail a donation directly to them. They are currently living with Krystal’s mother. If you would rather send something to Freddy and I by mail or Paypal we will make for certain it gets to them! If you have any questions please ask. Please keep them in prayer as well as all the families that have lost so much. It was horrible and our hearts break for all involved!
