The Breast Department in St. James Hospital

Hi my name is Miriam Dromgoole Byrne, October is breast cancer awareness month and this time last year mine and family’s life was turned upside down with the devastating news that I had breast cancer.

The fear and panic I felt in that moment was horrendous but the care and compassion I received from the whole breast care team was phenomenal.

They are earth angels and they helped me so much in what I can only describe as one of the darkest moments in my life and I’ll be forever indebted to the wonderful team, so to help them to continue with the amazing work they do I’d love if you could all help me to raise money for some well needed equipment.

No donation is too small and I understand things are hard for people at this time but if everyone donated even €1 it would go a long way to help someone in their darkest moments in their life just like me.
