35 years young and a wonderful mother of two gorgeous boys louie (5) and Luka (11 months).

Jade is a devoted mother who dotes on her children, she fills her days with fun and adventures and has the most infectious positive energy! She is a loyal friend to many and a treasured daughter and sister. The life and soul of the party and a free spirit at heart.

Unfortunately Jade has recently been diagnosed with cancer of the stomach and has started chemotherapy at Sheffield hospital four weeks ago. Not once has jade let this illness get her down she doesn't complain and every day she continues to bring so much joy to her children and everyone around her!

Thankfully she has the most amazing and supportive family, partner and friends around her who will be by her side throughout this difficult time. We know so many people who love and care for jade and want to help in some way. So we have decided to do a sponsored hike, a ten mile trip of Mam Tor on Sunday 14th November which hopefully should take us around five hours!

None of us are professional hikers or even really know what we are letting ourselves in for but we are doing this for our friend Jade, to let her know we are all here by her side and hopefully to ease any financial loss and make the next six months as peaceful as possible.

Jade you really are an inspiration! the strongest, bravest girl we know, we love you! X
