We've decided (Bex and I) - possibly after one too many glasses of wine (and many years of friendship) to walk the length of the Ridgeway National Trail. OK - we aren't doing it on one go - It's 87 miles long! But we have managed to organise our diaries and childcare so that we can do it in manageable chunks through spring and summer 2026 - which is in itself an impressive feat. We are both doing it for charities that are close to our hearts, so please give generously so that you don't have to walk the Ridgeway with us. We will be encountering blisters, wild wees and arguments about who's idea this was in the first place.... So, armed with questionable navigation skills, an impressive selection of snacks and a set of knees that are not wholly compliant we'll be tackling the trail one pre / menopausal section at a time.
I’m raising money to benefit The Brain Tumour Charity, for a thoroughly lovely chap who was my father in law Steven Taylor. He was a supportive husband, a practical dad and a very silly grandad and we miss him greatly. Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. But remember to check out Bex's page for the Amber Phillpott Trust as well.
