Hello friends and family this is your boy Jesse a.k.a. Gadget Reaching out to you for a little help I never do ask anybody for any help I wasn’t going to make this page but it looks like I’m gonna be in the hospital for a while and unable to provide for me and my family as well as all of my medical bills. I’ve been diagnosed with endocarditis which is an infection of the heart I have a blood clot that attach to my heart valve that pumps blood to my lungs. So my heart pump blood clots like a snow globe into my lungs and filled up halfway. After three or four days of breathing complications and denial, I tapped out and finally let my girlfriend Marie admit me into the E.R @ Paradise Valley hospital. After three days of no progress, I walked out and collapsed in front of the hospital. That’s when Marie Pick me back up and brought me to UCSD emergency. Luckily the blood clot landed on this Heart valve instead of the other ones because it could’ve pumped a blood clot straight to my brain and I would of died instantly at any given moment. So far things are looking better but they keep doing procedures on me like CT scans, x-rays of my chest and just did a TEE which is a procedure where they stick a camera down your throat to take a picture of my heart to see if any more vegetation has spreaded or if I have a abscess in my heart. They did find one growth and I will find out shortly if I need open-heart surgery or just antibiotics. I’m going to be here for another month or so on top of the two weeks I’ve been here so far as well as aftercare inpatient program.I’m not sure how much of my medical Insurance is going to cover, but I am unable to bring in an income to cover my bills here at the hospital as well as back home where my girlfriend Marie is struggling to keep up with the rent as well as our utilities, car insurance, groceries, our dog Kito’s needs etc. etc. etc. Please I’ve never asked anybody for anything but I am asking now for your help to raise some money to help cover these expenses till I get home. You know me if you ever ask me for help I was always there for you. Now the tables have turned and I need your help. I wasn’t going to do this because I felt embarrassed to even ask. Especially if nobody donates to my cause. You know some people just don’t give a f**k and use me to benefit themselves and their purposes. But I went ahead and did it so I know who my true friends and family are I’m not asking You to break your pockets I know you guys got bills and are struggling too but even donating a dollar here or in person to Marie, would help us and show Me peoples real true colors.
