Hi I am Lindsey Obey.

I created this go fund me for my parents. I am trying to do anything that I can to make this time easier for them. Erskine and Peggy worked their entire lives. They were the " Neighborhood parents " to anyone who needed it. Although not particularly financially blessed, their home was always a safe place you could go for a meal or just to hang out.

To everyone's dismay, Peggy was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. She is now under hospice care , and every second that we get with her is a blessing.

Erskine has continued to work until Peggy needed him at home. Never the type to ask for help, the couple has found the financial struggle to be nearly as difficult as the emotional. Medical expenses , the inability to work , final expenses , and previous medical issues are leaving an almost insurmountable obstacle for the couple to face.

The devastating speed and gut wrenching circumstances of this disease has been overwhelming to everyone. Please help money not be the primary issue for my parents during such a terrible time.
