Hi, my name is Patrick aka BoShek Horseman. On July 18th, 2023 my wife and I welcomed in our third child, Luke. Two days later, my wife was admitted to the ICU with two blood clots in her brain. Thankfully due to the amazing care team and one doctor who wouldn't give up until she figured out what was wrong, my wife was able to go home after almost a week and a half in the hospital. She was on blood thinners until recently and her prognosis is excellent, with all subsequent scans showing the clots are being dissolved by her body naturally.

The problem however is the insane costs of these treatments, as well as child care costs for our two youngest children, as my wife and I both work full time, I as a teacher, she in customer service. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help with the costs of our medical emergency (the deductibles the insurance won't cover) as well as to help defray the cost of day care for Luke.
