If you ever met Elizabeth there are a few things you learn about her right away. She always has a smile on her face, loves the outdoors, is a great friend and loves her family. Unfortunately, this week her family tragically lost their husband and father.  In the brief moments I got to meet her dad on campus I know that he and Elizabeth shared a love for the outdoors and loved to laugh. My heart goes out to her and her family.  I brought the idea of starting a gofundme to a few of our classmates who agreed that we wanted to show our love and support from her NEC family. In the four years we went to school together, Elizabeth was always there for you when you needed her. We want to show her and her family, that even  after our time shared at NEC, we are still family and we are here for them in their time of need.
