Hi all. One week ago my girlfriend's family experienced a major tragedy when all three of their barns burned on their property. For those who know, Shawna, Chris, and their friend Richard ran a local Christmas Shop from one of the barns for many years. This shop featured many handmade items, antiques, and a *lot* of love. I personally have a Christmas Tree from them that has received many compliments in my classroom.

What matters is that their house survived. No one was injured in the fire and it looks like the barn cats survived too.

While they don't exactly know what the future will look like for the Christmas Barn, any little bit would help. Along with everything in the Christmas Barn, every piece of yard equipment, every tool, and even their garbage can was lost. Right now is a time of resting and recuperating for the Baldwins/Blounts.
